By downloading and using this product you agree to the terms outlined in this document.
Donna Duncombe is not responsible to any individual, organisation or business for the loss and/or damages incurred from the use of the digital designs. Wherever possible utmost care will be taken not to infringe copyright.

YOU MAY NOT SHARE, LOAN OR REDISTRIBUTE ANY/ALL PARTS OF THIS KIT.
You may not use them and re-sell them as your own designs.
YOU MAY:
1. Use the papers and elements included in this kit in your own personal scrapbook pages and card making.
2. Upload a layout, design or product to an online gallery as long as proper credit is given to myself and the source from where you obtained it using the format - name of kit, Donna Duncombe, origin of download.
3. Submit for publication a layout, design or product as long as proper credit is given to myself and the source from where you obtained it using the format - name of kit, Donna Duncombe, origin of download.
4. May modify the colour or size of the papers and elements to suit your requirements.
5. Make one (1) backup copy.

--> You may create pages for paying clients (S4H) under the following conditions:
* The finished product is in a flattened .jpg file format.
* Quick Pages are NOT allowed.
* Layered format pages (ie .psd) are NOT allowed.
* They CANNOT be given away as freebies.
--> You may create web graphics with my kit (Resolution no higher then 72dpi). Credit must be given to Donna Duncombe Designs. They are NOT to be bulk distributed.

YOU MAY NOT:
1: Rename my kit and call it your own.
2: Modify and/or rename any of the design elements and call them your own. YOU MAY NOT use any of the graphics in the making of brushes, tubes or patterns and redistribute them in any way.
3: Share this kit by any means including sending files or links to any person, upload files to any site and sharing the link, or compile CD's or DVD's, for the express purpose of sharing.
YOU MAY NOT Share these files with ANYONE.
They are not to be stored on the internet, via 4shared, yousendit, or any other file storage website. This includes Yahoo, Google or any other file sharing group! This is considered PIRATING and is ILLEGAL.
4: All files are a single user license. Do not transfer ownership to another individual.
5: Do not use any of the images for obscene, defamatory, or immoral works or any other purpose that is prohibited by law.
6: Remove this Terms of Use Document.
